If they didn't begin discussions to try and get funding from an external investor then they sure are taking a long time to organise a standard cap raise.
if they can't reach a deal very very soon then they will be forced to do a standard cap raise anyways. Conditions deteriorating fairly rapidly here with zero catalysts for a turn around before a cap raise. They completely lose face is they can't make a deal and simply do a cap raise, all theyve done by not doing a cap raise months ago is cost time and money.
