    And you made no objection to my logic.
    So it's going to be on Mahathir.
    And you ASSUME he is going to do what he did years ago, just as I assume PKR would back Fuziah again.

    My assumption is MUCH safer (and less massive) than yours. Here's why I say that:
    Mahathir was a dismissive autocrat back in 2011; he does NOT have that luxury today. Nor does he sound like that man; he sounds like he wants to protect the people from corruption, i.e., more like Fuziah. AND he needs to prove himself to his center-left-center progressive coalition.

    Again, nothing from SMSL.

    Given the history, I'd be extremely surprised if Fuziah did not push for the PSC as she saw the last one as a rubber stamp for a corrupt government and fought it tooth and nail.

    Given the politics in play, it looks like a done deal to me.

    I'm not familiar enough with Malaysian PSC powers to say anything about what that might mean for Lynas.
