I think you will find they are USD figures so some conversion needed...... The AUD is also down so that helps....
Regardless, if it drops much lower Shine will certainly come under pressure. They also have the rail credit to take into account once they get it operating, but they will have to keep a close eye on total costs for Shine, as i'm sure they will.
