dill,it never fails to amaze me that some are so quick to shoot the messenger as has a poster on this thread.
The West has become is own worst enemy and is in a state of limbo due to the phenomenon of Political Correctness which has swept us all.
Free and open debate has been stifled to such a degree that should we speak out we are labled with anyone of a vast selection of put downs and derogatives from Philistine to Facists.All intended to prevent opposition.The silly and scary part is that we in our free and unthreatend enviornment allow this to happen in the belief that nothing will happen
Moderation is only applicable to the free western world.
Here in Australia in recent years we have had our woman openly abused at Sydneys beaches because of their beach dress. Not only is this remarkable in its own right,but what makes it even more outragious is that this abuse is stemming from members of a culture that not only visits the beach to goggle,but also denies their own woman freedom to participate and yet go on to insist that we should allow them the freedom to dress at they choose by wearing the Burqa (sp)
Where were all the voices of freedom of choice when those riots broke out ?
The problem with muslims is good muslims because they let the terrorists and the like represent them in silence
