The obvious question is:
"if Monash couldn't raise the full $4m in time, given they had the time before the last EGM and a further 3 months after the approval, how are they now going to be able to raise $6m?"
I would suggest the market is completely doubting there ability and this is why the SP is floundering.
Talk is cheap, action costs $6m!
How much time do they now need to raise $6m? A week has already slipped by since the expiry of the $4m cap raising.
