It's really a question of what Market Cap is reasonable for Norwood Systems as MRY will not exist.

So at 3c is Norwoood Systems will have a MC of around $21 m after CR and issue of shares etc.
So you need to ask what are the MC's of competitors, if any, as a comparison, how much potential is there for growth etc etc. If one thinks that the potential of CORONA is substantial then the $21 m MC is cheap.

If I remember correctly some one mentioned ZIP as a competitor in discussion on the MRY thread and ZIP has a MC of $27 m.

So the call on MRY/Norwoord is our own because if was easy to assess we would all be making $squillions in the market.
