looks like a raising of $3.75m at 2c is coming ..and MRY will end up with 700m shares (including options ) on issue pre consolidation .
700m x 3c = 21m mcap ...
MRY sp is currently a $3m mcap at 3c
3m + $3.7m from a proposed CR = $6.7mm mcap at 3c ..pre consolidation.
something will give..i suspect the sp will not hold up post consolidation at 3c with 700m shares on issue = to $21m...
MRY may drop to a 1c equivalent pre consolidation = to $7m mcap post consolidation + CR
the sp is not as important to watch as the Market Cap..Post consolidation.
What will the Cashflows be post consolidation or there isnt any yet ?
