As far as I am concerned, this board of directors is bad news. I sold all of mine upon reading the report and requested information that were never answered. Their lack of response indicated a healthy disrepect for their shareholders. Their lack of corporate governance and unethical standard is clearly evident in the report. There are numerous better companies and opportunities elsewhere.
