I am again sorry for holders that they have IMO been misled by management.


Management have failed to adhere to their responsibilities for ongoing disclosure to ASX and shareholders.


PKF should have done more to present an unqualified opinion. Too many items in the accounts warranted additional disclosure IMO which was not provided.

The directors should be black listed and answer to this without any rights to their hefty remuneration and long notice periods which their contracts allow. To the contrary, I feel they should be paying their previous (what is disclosed as "guaranteed bonuses" - what a joke) back to the company.

Their lack of regard demonstrated to their shareholders, the ASX and any levels of expected corporate governance is a disgrace IMO.



I sincerely hope that neither the directors nor auditors get away with all this!
