10 days ago i suggested APA could buy-out the rest of ENV. Since then APA have increased share to 31.5% and ENV have downgraded 2H10 profit by 7.5%. Final div of 2.75c will be maintained... but looks ripe for TO imo. dyor.
does nobody else smell 'takeover' ??
