Postulating this overnight, maybe there was a hope from management that a deal could have been brokered and announced at the same time that the quarterly was released and this is why they held off so late to release the 4C that contained nothing more than just standard reporting compared to previous quarters. If this is the case then you would expect that it would come down to price (ie what happended between CHAMP and Ten in relation to Eye Corp) with negotiations continuing with a view to determine this. If you are talking determining price, then this could be one way for management to appreciate the impact of uncertainty on price in a negotiation.

If not they I expect that soon they will get a please explain notice from the ASX to show just cause as to how it will continue to fund its operations going forward considering historical expenditure.
