After essentially a 38% fall with the last gold stock route, I think investors are being a little more cautious, understandably. In fact, many gold stocks are not making new highs, and this is particularly pronounced in the junior sector. As mentioned earlier, either this is a negative divergence, or it is similar to the 2005 gold up leg, where disbelief abounded until gold kept going up and up. Opposite ends of the stick and will be interesting to see its resolution...
