Finally, on the behalf of the Board, management and staff I thank Becton’s
securityholders for their support. You can be assured that the Board and staff are
striving to ensure that Becton is a successful organisation for many years to come
and that we are exploring all avenues to try and bridge the gap between our current
trading price and the fundamental value of the business.
