The more research that is done, the more it feels like peeling the layers of an onion. As I review everything from the construction phase...to ramp up and processing...to the partnership agreement with Tsusho....to the marketing partnership with JEMSE...the more I start to question 'who' is actually in charge here. If the local sales company can slow down or block the planned Phase 2 expansion for Orocobre you have to ask yourself "Is Orocobre really in control of its own fate?" If the localized government can slow down and possibly block the next phase of construction, we are left with a partially operating plant that may have issues earning or raising capital for the next projected phase of construction. I am thinking out loud here. Does Orocobre ultimately have control of its investment here....or is it indeed Japan and Argentina that are running the show? Every time I start to think that we are out of the woods...a new issue raises its head.
