I don't see where I said 'marketing partnership' ...you made that up. What I said "was when you try to pry JEMSE (the government entity) away from Jujuy sales...good luck". What that says if you have the capacity to understand that within the local sphere of politics in that area of Argentina it is hard to separate the people by constructing named organizations that represent different parts of the native interests. You know...like the actual Argentine people as opposed to some representation that satisfies the interests of the money lenders.
