If the localized government can slow down and possibly block the next phase of construction, we are left with a partially operating plant that may have issues earning or raising capital for the next projected phase of construction. I am thinking out loud here. Does Orocobre ultimately have control of its investment here....or is it indeed Japan and Argentina that are running the show? Every time I start to think that we are out of the woods...a new issue raises its head.
