    Hi There was an earlier thread on this topic - but unsure of the outcome.
    I want to claim AEJ as a tax-loss, as the years are rolling by and nothing is happening. I looked up Redbank Energy https://abr.business.gov.au/AbnHistory/View/67116665608 and it seems to still exist? So I can't claim a loss, or can I just take matters into my own hands and claim a loss anyway. I would appreciate guidance on this, as enough is enough.
