Please forgive me if these are obvious questions (I am a relatively new SH in EXT).

With RIO owning adjacent fields to EXT.
1/ Do they have an their own established Uranium processing facility (could it be used to process EXT's ore)?
2/ If so, what would their view likely be of either dilution of their holding (by capital raising / share issue) to the tune of 1 billion dollars (to build a duplicate (EXT) processing plant) if they have an existing facility on EXT's door step?
Could it provide an incentive for Rio to move on EXT and make it cheaper than for other players?

Apologies if these are a naive questions?
