Science is just one very narrow branch of knowledge but one that is useful no doubt.
Science does not provide binocular vision as it is a monocular lens of study.

So what is science, the study of How thing work.
What is science great weapon, that is repeat ability

But a non scientific question may be is WHY does science work.
That would be an interesting question to ask.

A hint may be found in modern physics where the importance of mathematical equations to be eloquent, can be just as important as the hypothesis under interrogation.

A hypothesis may be proven but only sustained by repeated interrogation. Absolute proof in science may be contingent on continued observations of investigative results while to show something false is far less laborious a task.

You probably need to define what you mean by 'faith' in science.

Religious faith so far has not been correctly identified on this thread let alone what your understanding of faith in science is?
