Oh, and I agree with one of Sir Knight's arguments regarding this, why would DOE be negotiating if the laser didn't work? Why would they have selected Silex's proposal, there were others, if the Laser didn't work? Why would Ge Hitachi be spending money and backing them? I believe all this doubt centers around Fukashima. If Fukashima didn't happen, would we be having most of the conversations/doubts about Silex? Moosey will break down the Science part.
