Does somebody want to buy?

Over the last few weeks I have seen a strange trading activity. Today's 1000 sell at .1c for $1 is typical of this. Note, this is not bot trading, just one sell to make the last price, low. It used to be fashionable back in the pre internet days, so when you rang your broker, he give you the spread, and the last sell price. Over the phone, sometimes people would sell at the last price. But these days with virtually everyone having direct price access It doesn't work as well even in this illiquid stock.

I'm suspecting it's the first buyer doing this, or at least someone near the top of queue. Good luck buyer!!
