Just a bit of anedote on purchasing physical silver
Brought some silver and gold from ABC bullion in Sydney a couple of weeks ago.
Always pre order and pay due to the issues of supply problems with getting the metal lately.
Got out of the lift in the building and found I was about 25th in the queue (1st time I have experienced this)
Fortunately ABC came out and asked if anyone had prepaid and I got to jump the queue.
24 other people were waiting on spec, expecting to buy over the counter, I think quite a number would have been dissappointed in getting silver on that day.
Haven't found any issues getting gold but silver bars (1 kg) is about a 6 week wait and 5kg bars are now unobtainable.
Easy to get 1 oz Kookas and Koalas at the moment so will probably pick up some more next week.
