I think LNC might be having some of the same sorts of issues in SA at their Sapex tenements, I read something briefly in a LNC thread today, so it's worth a look. I also know GLX (a CTL coy), and TEY (a geothermal coy) have overlapping tenments but they have a MOU or JV or w/ever where TEY will be offsetting GLX's emissions.
