Sum have failed to give a detailed explanation on why they've decided to wind up all projects to focus on a project not even legally allowed to operate. The actions over the last 6 months do not show the actions of a board determined to create wealth for their shareholders and I sense they've breached their duty. Gower and Peretz need to be under the spotlight as I've been told they've potentially forced this play to stagnate this stock for some years. This is clear cut corruption at a C suite level and carries heavy fines if found true
