With virtually every company having posts saying the directors are fools then no disclosure would be proof and not just speculation

You would hope they had some sort of catastrophe insurance . If they didnt or did then wouldnt they say while we have insurance it does not cover covid. I would say that would classify as continuous disclosure as well. So I guess that proves the directors are fools as some claim
