Hi Guys,
With the developments from ASIC, does the ASX have any option than to just fight ISX in court.
I mean if they did a deal with ISX and agreed on a payout figure and to relist them, wouldnt that just open the floodgates for shareholders to take the ASX to the cleaners then. I really see no option but for ASX to fight them in court even if they have no grounds and hope ISX go and relist overseas to make the problem go away.
How can ASX possibly get themselves out of this mess without too much damage?
Obviously I beleive that ASX will lose this case based on what we know, not sure if the damages will be as large as ISX is claiming.
Merry Christmas to all also and lets hope this mess gets sorted out for everyones sake.
