LMAO!
Sure JoeB, some of your more mind bending commentary:
ASX say: "ISX, we need an independent report to confirm the scope of what we are looking at (undefined work in progress)... feel free to engage whoever you want and define the scope however you wish and we'll see you back here with the report in a jiffy - sweet!"
..... meanwhile back at ASK HQ: Big Kev "Hey CU, I'd like you to take a closer look at xyz and did you also know about abc. You should really take that into consideration when forming your conclusion - sweet, see you back here in a jiffy!"
CU dudes.... "Well boys, here's the report and ISX aren't completely in the clear, there's a couple of minor issues on disclosure they need to sort out, but no biggie, just the usual day to day stuff you guys at ASX let through to the keeper. There's also no other issues to bring to your attention, we certainly haven't been impeded by ISX with regard to documentation, discovery, etc., that falls within the scope of the works we've been engaged to complete... the scope everyone including the ASX compliance team have signed off on.... sweet!"
Back on HC.... JoeB "ISX should have provided legally privileged advice". DUH.... the reason its call privileged is because its PRIVILEGED!!
