Well what's 100% ownership of zero revenue compared to 25% ownership of some revenue? The company was going nowhere on its own. Whatever path OBJ decided to take once it decided to go on its own with distribution and sales it was going to create some significant dilution. They've chosen to buy the expertise. They could have also started from scratch with significant outlay. Either way to keep a similar percentage holding in the company would require you to fork out more money.
