I don't feel comfortable that as a long term shareholder I am allowing our technology to be sold at this price!!

It's virtually worth nothing now. It produces no revenue and hasn't for the last upteen years. The company is starting to think outside the square as the P&G arrangement has provided nothing of value. Way too early to be confident of anything and still many many unanswered questions but I think one has to look at this arrangement as a way of unlocking the potential revenue stream of OBJ technology. The previous plan wasn't and never will work.

Everything will have to go to a shareholder's vote so I am sure there will be demands for a full understanding of the arrangement before approval both from shareholders and the ASX.
