Does the evidence produced by posters to date support legal action?

I've been checking on the 'net' whether evidence produced to date by posters,especially, but not solely by, roblun, constitutes deception and manipulation; the following is one example I came across;

Whoever wrote this outline appears to be completely naive when they refer to ASIC!!They have no idea of the reality, it seems to me. I'm looking at possible legal consequences for what the evidence we have seen, appears to show. The GSR Board,it would appear, is either so incompetent as to be unfit to hold office, or is actively engaged in running the company in such a manner as to destroy shareholder value for some ulterior motive. For what purpose,is anyone's guess. Though I suspect we all have a good idea.
