so you think making vapes easier to obtain will cause a reduction in vaping and in cigarette smoking? All based on a decline in smoking rates in NZ?
I'm sure there are a myriad of reasons to these numbers, not just one single cause.
Anyway, what is it you want? Vapes to be easier to get, or people to stop vaping? I'd prefer it be as easy as smoking and taxed accordingly (unsure of current state of play as I find all smoking a gross waste of money and health)
