Fleasbarn it does not say they have the approval for 1 Billion Finance for the DZP construction, the DZP can,t proceed until all the permits are in place and ALK has attracted the 1Billion in finance only then can construction begin that's why they need an extra 6 Months they will not have finance in place when Mining and construction permits are anticipated by July. I'ts quite obvious some hurdles have to be overcome first hence the delays.
