Did we maybe miss Yak's point (maybe not).
Even though Howard cant grant pardon, if we send some 'baddies' back (you know these terrorist types ..lol) they might pardon them while poor little Chapelle has to stay inside with all those bad girls.
They will let her go when it quitens down, the other 9 tho...? Wouldnt swap places for quids.
