The QUESTION that can help us tackle your question is:
Is the theory even biologically feasible? As you are aware, if its not - we must abandon it!
ANATOMY can help us a lot here: PET imaging correlates what it sees with Anatomy images obtained by way of a CT or MRI: the patient must have one of those in combination with the PET scan.
What if the CT or PET breaks down and we don't get the images? We would rely on human maps of key structures: organs, lymph nodes, and blood vessels. These maps already exist, and they will allow us to tell between a lesion in the prostate versus one in the brain, a lesion in the kidney, versus on in the long bone of the right thigh.
Of greater relevance here is that we will also be able to tell the difference between a lymph node lighting up versus leaking radiation lighting up! Guess what, the
leaking radiation will be in blood vessels first, before it goes anywhere else! So, we will have lines of light, instead of dots or clumps. Cardiovascular imaging relies on radiation lighting up as soon as the drug is injected into the blood stream so - if your theory was right, and the drug proves to be safe and good at lighting up, it might find itself a new life(like the Angiogram on the right)!

Perhaps have a look at where the Histopathology results of COBRA were first released: was it at ASO-GU 2025 or, was it an ASX announcement?
