Are we as shareholders on the same footing as creditors ?

I did not think that was the case, the secured creditors would be first ( banks of course ), then unsecured ( the poor contractors actually doing the work ), I think employees and then shareholders. I reckon we are last mate, hope I am wrong.
I contacted Lisa Kelly (Ferriers) some time ago re/ info about proceedings and she made no mention about registering any interest, fill us in on what you know please.
There is a creditors circular on Ferriers website for anyone with and hour to spare (its pretty involved)
