I just got off the phone to Ferrier Hodgson and was told by one person involved in the VRE saga that the second meeting was basically wraped up without any resolution and that a further meeting will be held at approx end of May.
When I queried him on whether or not share-holders had any chance of recouping any of their money he just said that after the secured and un-secured creditors have got their monies then it would be surprising to see anything left over.

However, he also said that the total fold of VRE was not a fait accompli as there are a few parties interested in View
