My go via account has been "re-created" since Nov and I only noticed their email about their major website upgrade. Since then the tags in my account were unallocated , auto top up setup removed, because of that the account balance went negative and they started sending me overdue notice and then even suspended my account
Called to get it sorted but all the travels since nov has been charged with video matching fees because the tag was "unallocated" ......
I also notice that if you use the website to make a payment there is $1.90 "manual payment" fee - very innovative way to boost revenue
TCL look like a sound investment option , they not only charging toll they also expert in creating revenue thru fees .
What a great company !
