TCL is looking a bit suspect ethically - particularly in the way they get bipartisan support of their (extended) monopoly in all states. The Government is probably a bit jealous of that kind of political clout.
Here is the Redress submission in the NSW enquiry earlier this year.
I think this warrants a review of its value in my holding. If the banks are suffering and being hauled over the coals for their dirty tricks then it holds that TCL may become the object of the public's ire as well. Particularly given the secrecy clauses they tout around commercial in confidence.
