Gosh u would think the TCL government/ regulatory affairs/ public affairs area would be more effective at a company like TCL than that u posted?
Horrendous findings, sad indictment of TCL’s people in this area IMHO.
Are they doing their job? Have they been audited internally, run over by the risk and compliance folk?
No wonder TCL has been falling, their reg/ gov’t/ public affairs seems out of step with their responsibilities.
