Hmm, a website dedicated to venting about toll fines and debts... has to be taken with a generous pinch of salt I would imagine. Ever watch 'a current affair' and the class of citizens stating they will never pay a toll fee because driving on a road for free is a 'human right'; obviously never comprehending the private capital that goes in to these toll roads...
I have no doubt that the company makes administrative errors, as most companies do, but a complaint is a personal and subjective experience with the perceived injustice heavily geared towards company fault.
Not a holder by the way, just an interested observer.
