Hi Bilo70, Its been reported that they have 40.5% with RIO's (Rossing) shares. But I think that is calculated and may not include recent pledges from small holders. We should find out tonight.

ROSSING Uranium managing director Chris Salisbury yesterday informed the company's employees that it has accepted an offer by Taurus Mineral for all its shares in Kalahari Minerals. Salisbury added that it remains the company’s "intention to pursue joint development with the new owners of Husab which we believe would bring benefits to all stakeholders".
