They want zero covid and every voter a chance to be vaccinated in that context, even those in their 20s. The long term risk/reward, debt repayment and reduction in services is not important to Premiers and PMs who need to be elected in the short term. The latest example of a person in their 30s dying is another reminder that its elimination until the end of this year, so 20 and 30 somethings have a couple of months to be fully vaxxed.
