We live in a zero harm world where those in charge wear the blame (percieved or real) according to their efforts to prevent calamities of all sorts.
Modern Australian culture has demanded this solution of zero harm, even suggest to discuss anything else and that leader would be lynched by the ABC and all who worship at the same alter.
