I would have expected IGC to be in a simultaneous TH as NKP if there was to be any relevant news this week.
Based on NKP's pending announcement, I think it will take some time for things to be put in place for anything serious relating to IGC. IMO.
I'm not sure with this one. It has taken some time to date. Is there a need for a Shareholders meeting? Has a deal been "done"? Are there any unexpected requirements? etc etc . Questions I wish I knew the answer to. Things have seemed to conspire to protract negotiations in recent times and I refer specifically to the two previous announcements concerning imminent corporate "moves"
I still reckon it's a good bet however.So buy to hold.
