I wouldn't hold your breath over a buy-out. Even if they hive off the AMDS system, which is about the only thing I could them getting rid of, they will keep the money to continue to run the company. They won't be distributing it back to the shareholders. I think that is what the present buyers are hoping for but I would expect the price to collapse back to somewhere around the 40c to 50c mark before too long.
Still good prospects for the company but in my view this is a LTBH spec.
