    Excellent post joewolf

With small, illiquid, low market cap stocks, you make your money by buying when they're undervalued and then waiting for the market to catch on.

The situation now is not really that different from June 2010 (as you pointed out) when the SP retraced around 50% from its highs. I purchased my largest MHMO holdings on 30 June when nobody wanted them and not 6 months later I am sitting on a comfortable 7 bagger.

I am not suggesting that this stock is likely to repeat that performance over the next 6 months, however I do believe that for patient holders a 10 fold increase from here over 2 to 3 years is entirely realistic.

One of the biggest problems (imho) with stocks like MHM is that most 'investors' are too lazy to do their own research and simply jump on the bandwagon (as so aptly demonstrated by the illustration in search's post). Since they do not act on their own convictions, they have nothing to fall back on in the event that the SP declines. They panic and end up selling their shares to those who know better.

The difference right now between the ones selling and the ones buying is that those who are buying know that the SP is well below where the fundamentals say it should be and have the patience to wait for the SP to correct itself.
