Mutley - great find, thank you. It finally explains how all this happened.
From that read . .
LS and it's original partners didnt have the money to do the project . . so they brought in NLI as a partner. NLI paid for/did the work and got stiffed in the end and the contract was not recognised.
Interesting side note that Sinergeo is also challenging LS's decision to not recognise the contract
