Short term you may well be right but I believe there are more macro economic matters at play here than Wavenet. Some of the bigger coal plays in the USA had brokers downgrade them (not to mention all the resources stocks are struggling).

I was actually very impressed with the announcement, which demonstrates that the company is moving forward.

In the short term, unfortunately those in the stock will simply have to wait for the macro matters to turn upwards or hope for corporate activity.
