03boz, in answer to your question, some time ago, I made a post saying that perhaps SLX solar tech could be used for windows, seeing as how they are transparent, someone here asked that question of SLX from memory, and the answer they gave was that they had much bigger plans for it that just windows, or something along those lines, so perhaps it could be SLX?? we should know soon enough!
another poster on another thread (ss) reckons that it could be another aussie company, here is a little of what arminus posted. "i reckon the article alludes to another aussie coy. dyesol. they do dsc. between them and slx, many bases are covered in the future scramble and consolidation"
You need to remember that the SLX solar tech was a spinoff from SLX's photon technology program in a research area that they are doing for DARPA in the US called EPIC, so I would think that what they have install for us is some pretty smart technology something that is way ahead of the field as we know it today!
