Can someone please help me – I’m confused… I see that XTEC had a JV with another Australian company back in 2011 for the xtclave (http://www.xtek.net/assets/Uploads/...nnouncements-2011/Joint-Venture-Agreement.pdf) and then terminated this in 2014 with an equipment sale (https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20140828/pdf/42rtsfbqtkvqtl.pdf). All documentation back then shows the same xtclave image as what is being used in market/media releases now. If that is the case, XTEC does not own the xtclave machine depicted in its current market/media releases… This is fraudulent. Does XTEC even have an xtclave at present? Doesn’t this mean that XTEC has no advantage in the body armour market if another company has the technology and has been using it for such a long period?
Does XTEC even have an xtclave?
